Terms of service

Placeholder — replace with real terms before launch.

Before going live, have an attorney who handles digital health products review and draft your terms. At minimum, the terms should cover: the nature of the service (self- directed educational program, not medical treatment), eligibility (adults 18+), subscription billing and the refund policy (30-day no-questions-asked refund as described in the purchase flow), user conduct, intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law.

The FTC’s 2022 Health Products Compliance Guidance applies to health-related apps. All marketing claims must be substantiated. Do not let marketing copy drift from what the program actually delivers.
